We’ve been thinking again about the precious amount of floor space we have in office, hospitality and leisure environments – and decided that wouldn’t it be great if we didn’t have to compromise on that to create new seating areas? The concept above would ensure that the existing floor space and layout is retained and additional seating is recessed within the surrounding walls. These seats would make the perfect perch for reception spaces, office spaces – or even hotel lounge areas. Seating doesn’t have to be dull! Upholstering these units with comfortable fabrics and setting the scene with a bit of funky down-lighting really give these spaces a cosy feel – ideal for sitting, waiting and relaxing.
